That is no problem. To cancel your appointment, call us on 021-123456. Please give at least 24 hours or as much notice as possible. This frees up the appointment time for other patients.

Schedule an appointment with your doctor online by clicking here or by calling us on 021-1234546. If your doctor would like you to see a specialist, you will get a referral from your doctor. Call us office for any questions about your referral.
